Adding bacteriostatic water dilutes both compounds simultaneously, so a 10 mg / 10 mg vial reconstituted in 2 mL yields 5 mg/mL of tirzepatide AND 5 mg/mL of cagrilintide in the same solution. One draw always delivers both in the ratio set at the point of manufacture; changing the diluent volume changes the units drawn, never the ratio.
