One physical vial: 20 mg total peptide in 2 mL bacteriostatic water = 10 mg/mL combined. Vials, diluent and swabs are counted once in your supply list.

Pre-mixed vial vs. multi-vial stack

This page is set up for a pre-mixed vial 10 mg Tirzepatide + 10 mg Cagrilintide in one vial — reconstituted with 2 mL of diluent. One reconstitution dilutes bothcompounds at once, so a single draw delivers both in a fixed ratio. A multi-vial stack, by contrast, means two vials, two reconstitutions and two independent draws.

Research & Reconstitution Literature Summary

A Cagri/Tirz blend is a single vial in which both peptides are lyophilised together — not two vials drawn back to back. Adding bacteriostatic water dilutes both compounds simultaneously, so a 10 mg / 10 mg vial reconstituted in 2 mL yields 5 mg/mL of tirzepatide AND 5 mg/mL of cagrilintide in the same solution. One draw always delivers both in the ratio set at the point of manufacture; changing the diluent volume changes the units drawn, never the ratio. Tirzepatide is a dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist and cagrilintide a long-acting amylin analogue; both are refrigerated at 2–8 °C after reconstitution and protected from light and agitation.
