KLOW Blend (KPV + GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500) Calculator

Pre-loaded as one pre-mixed 4-in-1 vial in 3 mL bacteriostatic water — 12 units draws 2 mg of GHK-Cu.

One physical vial: 72.5 mg total peptide in 3 mL bacteriostatic water = 24.17 mg/mL combined. Vials, diluent and swabs are counted once in your supply list.

Pre-mixed vial vs. multi-vial stack

This page is set up for a pre-mixed vial 50 mg GHK-Cu + 10 mg BPC-157 + 10 mg TB-500 + 2.5 mg KPV in one vial — reconstituted with 3 mL of diluent. One reconstitution dilutes all four compounds at once, so a single draw delivers each of them in a fixed ratio. A multi-vial stack, by contrast, means four vials, four reconstitutions and four independent draws.

Research & Reconstitution Literature Summary

KLOW is GLOW with KPV added — the same GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 base plus a small mass of KPV, the alpha-MSH derived tripeptide studied for mucosal, gut and skin inflammation. A typical vial is 2.5 mg KPV, 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg TB-500. Four peptides in one container means four concentrations sharing a single volume, and one draw delivers all four in whatever ratio the vial was filled at. KPV's much smaller mass makes it the compound most sensitive to supplier variation, so check the label rather than assuming a standard ratio.
