Research & Reconstitution Literature Summary

Tesamorelin is a stabilised growth-hormone-releasing hormone analogue and ipamorelin a selective growth-hormone secretagogue; the pairing appears in research protocols because the two act on separate receptor pathways. When supplied as a pre-mixed vial the two are lyophilised together, so the blend ratio is fixed at manufacture — usually 1:1 — and a single reconstitution volume sets both concentrations at once. 2 mg plus 2 mg in 2 mL gives 1 mg/mL of each, the cleanest ratio for microgram dosing.
