Semaglutide Dose Calculator & Ramp Schedule
Pre-loaded with a 5 mg / 2 mL mix and the standard four-week 0.25 → 0.5 → 1.0 mg weekly step-up.
Standard for injectable peptides.
Common: 28 days refrigerated. Set your personal shelf-life limit — it drives the supply checklist so you always have a fresh vial on hand.
Research & Reconstitution Literature Summary
Semaglutide is a long-acting GLP-1 receptor agonist with a half-life measured in days, which is why weekly dosing intervals are standard in the literature. Lyophilised vials are reconstituted with bacteriostatic water; 5 mg in 2 mL produces 2.5 mg/mL. Because the compound is dosed in fractions of a milligram, small syringes (0.3 mL or 0.5 mL U-100) give far better tick-mark resolution than a 1 mL barrel. Reconstituted solution is generally refrigerated at 2–8 °C and not frozen.
