One physical vial: 10 mg total peptide in 2 mL bacteriostatic water = 5 mg/mL combined. Vials, diluent and swabs are counted once in your supply list.

Pre-mixed vial vs. multi-vial stack

This page is set up for a pre-mixed vial 5 mg Semaglutide + 5 mg Cagrilintide in one vial — reconstituted with 2 mL of diluent. One reconstitution dilutes bothcompounds at once, so a single draw delivers both in a fixed ratio. A multi-vial stack, by contrast, means two vials, two reconstitutions and two independent draws.

Research & Reconstitution Literature Summary

A Sema/Cagri blend vial contains both peptides lyophilised together, so one reconstitution serves both. 5 mg of semaglutide plus 5 mg of cagrilintide in 2 mL of bacteriostatic water yields 2.5 mg/mL of each — 0.25 mg of each per 10 units on a U-100 syringe. Because the doses are sub-milligram, a 0.3 mL or 0.5 mL barrel gives far better tick resolution than a 1 mL barrel. Reconstituted GLP-1 and amylin analogue solutions are refrigerated at 2–8 °C and never frozen.
