Semax + Selank Nasal Spray Calculator

Pre-loaded with 30 mg / 3 mL bacteriostatic saline mixes dosed morning and afternoon.

A

Sterile saline is standard for nasal atomizers.

Common: 28 days refrigerated. Set your personal shelf-life limit — it drives the supply checklist so you always have a fresh bottle on hand.

Nasal spray math
Concentration
30 mg ÷ 3 mL Saline = 10.00 mg/mL
10.00 mg/mL
Per spray
10.00 mg/mL × 0.1 mL × 1000
1000.0 mcg / spray
Sprays / dose
300 mcg ÷ 1000.0 mcg/spray
0.30 sprays
Doses / bottle
(3 mL ÷ 0.1 mL/spray) ÷ 0.30
100 doses (30 sprays)
Tip: reconstitute with 10.00 mL of saline so 1 spray = 1 dose.

Research & Reconstitution Literature Summary

Semax and Selank are short peptide sequences studied primarily via the intranasal route, which is why they are typically reconstituted in bacteriostatic saline rather than prepared for injection and transferred to a metered spray bottle. The critical number for nasal delivery is mcg per actuation: it is set by the concentration of the solution and the fixed volume the pump delivers per spray (commonly 0.05–0.1 mL). Refrigeration at 2–8 °C between uses is standard practice for reconstituted solution.
