Research & Reconstitution Literature Summary

GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide with a deep blue reconstituted solution; BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide. In a pre-mixed vial the two are lyophilised together in an uneven ratio — 50 mg to 5 mg is common, a 10:1 split — so a single draw delivers ten times as much GHK-Cu as BPC-157. Because GHK-Cu is often reported as stinging at high concentration, a larger diluent volume (5 mL rather than 2 mL) is the usual choice: it lowers the concentration of both peptides and increases the draw volume, giving finer control on the syringe.
